Getting to the End
If you're here looking for a project to be completed then let's get down to business. I don't waste time, I understand the pressures, I understand the dynamics at play, I get the work done how you want it done. Yes I am experienced in the various methods and theories of project management but the thing I lean on the most is success. If you're looking for charts, status reports and mind numbing busy work to justify a project stop reading now, I am not that person. I lead people to manage and accomplish tasks and do my best to remove obstacles in their paths.
Taking on an Existing Project
Typically I don't take over projects already started and failing. It's exhausting to pick up the pieces and try to repair something like this. I'm open to review the status and perhaps offer guidance on next steps.
